I was thinking of ways to enjoy the holiday while keeping the kids engaged. So we decided to make Red and Blue waffles. TJ was so excited he said Tia we are going to have our
own cooking show lol. So I bought food coloring from our local HEB. I already had a waffle maker that I purchased years ago from Macy’s. By the time it was over we had waffle mix and food coloring everywhere!!! lol!!
We had a great time and they really turned out good. The kids couldn’t wait to eat them. I love my little ones and cooking together is one way we connect and make memories. Let me know what you all are doing to entertain your kids during these times. Hope everyone has a great day!
